PPF Group Acquires 15% Stake in InPost from Advent International

PPF Group agreed to purchase a 15% shareholding in InPost Group from Advent International for €10 per share, with an option to acquire an additional 15% at an agreed price. Advent will remain the largest shareholder after the sale and both parties have agreed to a six-month lock-up on remaining holdings to support InPost's continued European expansion.

Providence Equity Acquires OpusCapita Solutions from Posti Group

Posti Group agreed to sell its subsidiary OpusCapita Solutions Oy to a fund managed by Providence Equity Partners, with the agreement signed on March 8, 2019 and the price undisclosed. OpusCapita, a Finland-headquartered provider of source-to-pay, cash management and product information management software with ~350 employees and ~3,000 customers, will be positioned for increased product investment and global growth under Providence; closing was subject to approval by Germany’s Federal Cartel Office.

Otto Group Acquires Advent's Minority Stake in Hermes Germany

Advent International has entered into an agreement to sell its minority stake in Hermes Germany, a logistics services provider in Germany, to the Otto Group. The transaction is expected to close by year end and follows Advent’s 2020 investment arrangement in which it acquired a majority stake in Evri and a minority stake in Hermes Germany alongside Otto Group.

Møller Holding A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Faerch A/S, a pan‑European leader in sustainable food packaging, from funds managed by Advent International for approximately EUR 1.9 billion. The deal, subject to competition approvals and completion of Faerch's recently announced Sirap acquisition, will support Faerch's expansion of recycling capacity and accelerate its circular packaging strategy.
