Advent International to Acquire PatientPoint

Advent International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PatientPoint, the largest digital point-of-care network in the U.S., from an investor group led by L Catterton and Littlejohn. PatientPoint will continue to be led by its existing management team, with Advent supporting product and network expansion. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
