Planview Acquires Clarizen and Changepoint

Planview, a PE-backed provider of portfolio and work management software, agreed to acquire enterprise PPM providers Clarizen and Changepoint to expand its strategy-to-delivery platform. The deals (terms not disclosed) bring Clarizen and Changepoint into Planview as distinct business units; K1 Investment Management agreed to sell Clarizen while K1 will retain a minority stake in the combined company.
