Park Energy Services Acquires Great Texas Compression

Park Energy Services, a portfolio company of Rock Hill Capital, has acquired substantially all the assets of San Antonio-based Great Texas Compression. The add-on acquisition expands Park's service density and customer base in South Texas, enhances its compression and vapor-recovery capabilities, and was financed through an expanded senior credit facility led by Regions Bank, UMB Bank, Century Bank and Third Coast Bank SSB.

Archrock Acquires Total Operations and Production Services (TOPS)

Archrock, Inc. will acquire Total Operations and Production Services, LLC (TOPS) from investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $983 million. The deal adds approximately 580,000 horsepower (predominantly electric motor drive compression), deepens Archrock's Permian Basin footprint and electric compression capabilities, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings and cash available for dividend per share.

HardRock Infrastructure Services, together with private equity partner Tower Arch Capital, has acquired HDW Construction & Drilling, a Seguin, Texas auger-boring and tunneling contractor. HDW will become a wholly owned subsidiary of HardRock with founder Shohn Huckabee and his family remaining as significant investors, expanding HardRock's capabilities in the water and wastewater utility market across Texas.

Paragon Energy Solutions Acquires Rock Creek Innovations

Paragon Energy Solutions, a Windjammer Capital portfolio company, has acquired Rock Creek Innovations, LLC, a developer and licensor of the Highly Integrated Protection System (HIPS) used in nuclear safety-related instrumentation and control systems. The acquisition brings Rock Creek's HIPS platform and engineering team into Paragon to expand its safety I&C capabilities for commercial nuclear power plants and small modular reactors; terms were not disclosed.
