ACR Group Acquires Blue Sky Network

ACR Group Corporation has acquired Blue Sky Network; Greenwich Capital Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Blue Sky Network on the transaction. Blue Sky Network will retain its management, brand and engineering capabilities and will join ACR Group’s portfolio to extend satellite communications, tracking and fleet-management offerings across aerospace, government, maritime and commercial markets.

Oil Brokerage Acquires Blue Commodities

Oil Brokerage, a subsidiary of OTC Global Holdings, has acquired rival broker Blue Commodities to strengthen its physical oil broking capabilities. The deal folds Blue Commodities into Oil Brokerage and OTC Global Holdings, with Blue Commodities CEO Jon Pike becoming COO, Physical, and the target's leadership and desk heads remaining in place to preserve client relationships across Northwest Europe, the Mediterranean and West Africa.

Court Square Capital Partners Acquires Data Blue from Platinum Equity and The Gores Group

BGC Group Acquires OTC Global Holdings

BGC Group, Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire OTC Global Holdings, LP, the largest independent institutional energy and commodities brokerage firm, to expand and diversify its Energy, Commodities and Shipping business. The acquisition was completed in a substantially all-cash transaction for $325 million, with BGC acquiring 100% of OTC’s equity and subsidiaries.
