MoxiWorks Acquires ActivePipe

MoxiWorks, a Seattle-based real estate technology platform and portfolio company of Vector Capital, has acquired ActivePipe, an Australian lead-nurturing and marketing automation platform. ActivePipe’s AI-driven SaaS solution—used by more than 2,500 brokerages and 40,000 agents—will be integrated into MoxiWorks’ MoxiCloud to expand its marketing, lead-nurturing and predictive capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
