Mega Matrix Corp. (NYSE American: MPU) completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% of FunVerse Holding Limited, bringing its ownership to 100% through a share exchange of 1,500,000 common shares. FunVerse is the BVI parent of Yuder Pte. Ltd., which operates FlexTV, a Singapore-based short-drama streaming platform; Mega Matrix says the deal positions it to expand FlexTV's global streaming reach.
