Marqeta Acquires TransactPay

Marqeta has completed its acquisition of TransactPay, a licensed E-Money Institution (EMI) and BIN sponsorship provider operating in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area. The deal strengthens Marqeta’s card program management capabilities in Europe and enables customers to expand into the UK and EU with a more unified, integrated offering.
