Livingbridge-backed FluidOne has acquired Marathon Information Technology Services Ltd, a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in cloud transformation, modern workplace, security and contact centre solutions. The bolt-on expands FluidOne's Connected Cloud offering — completing its IT capability to better serve mid-market and enterprise customers — and is the firm's fourth add-on under Livingbridge, joining a group with roughly £68m revenue and ~310 staff.

Accenture to Acquire BRIDGEi2i

SoftBank Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DigitalBridge Group, an alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure, for about $4.0 billion enterprise value. The all-cash deal is structured as SoftBank’s indirect acquisition of all outstanding shares of DigitalBridge for $16.00 per share and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
