Private equity firm Vector Capital completed the acquisition of MarkLogic Corporation, a provider of enterprise data integration and data management solutions. Vector named Adrian Carr as CEO and said it will partner with management to accelerate MarkLogic’s growth, including its automated cloud offering, Data Hub Service.

The acquisition will strengthen Accenture’s retail technology transformation capabilities across merchandising, stores, digital, analytics, cloud, and AI; terms were not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
