AMECO, a site services platform and portfolio company of One Equity Partners, has acquired F&M MAFCO, an international supplier of tools and equipment rental, sales and service programs. The deal expands AMECO's site services capabilities and geographic reach, with F&M MAFCO maintaining a significant operations presence in Cincinnati and its CEO Tim Fries named chief growth officer of the combined organization.

Marshall Excelsior (Harbour Group) Acquires Specialty Valve Group, LLC

Marshall Excelsior Company, a Harbour Group portfolio company, acquired Specialty Valve Group, LLC (SVG), the U.S. exclusive distributor for Xanik, to provide direct access to Xanik's U.S. customer base and add a domestic warehouse. SVG, founded in 2010 and based in Houston, will be integrated into the MEC platform to accelerate growth; terms were not disclosed.

mateco Acquires Sergruco

mateco has acquired Spanish crane, MEWP and construction equipment rental company Sergruco to expand its General Equipment Rental Division and extend geographic coverage into the province of Teruel and nearby areas. The deal brings a fleet of about 750 machines, annual turnover of ~€7.5m and 30 employees across two locations into mateco's Iberian expansion plan.

Kingswood Capital Management Acquires MEC

Kingswood Capital Management, LP completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of MEC (Mountain Equipment Co-op) through Canada’s Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. Kingswood said it will preserve most stores and staff, invest in MEC's retail and online experiences, and lead the business from a Vancouver headquarters under CEO Eric Claus.

MarineMax Acquires Midcoast Construction Enterprises (Midcoast Marine Group)

MarineMax, Inc. acquired Midcoast Construction Enterprises, LLC (Midcoast Marine Group), a Central Florida–based full-service marine construction company, adding marina development capabilities, specialized equipment, and waterfront real estate in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Midcoast founder and CEO Jack Fulford will continue to run the business as part of MarineMax's expanding marina and services platform.

ALKEME Acquires Innovative Insurance Group
