ManTech International Corporation has acquired Technical and Management Assistance Corporation (TMAC), a Columbia, Maryland–based provider of advanced data engineering, systems engineering and analytics solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community. The transaction expands ManTech's analytics and data engineering capabilities for intelligence and other federal customers and brings TMAC's team into ManTech's existing mission-focused services portfolio.

Integrity Management Consulting Acquires MHM Innovations

Integrity Management Consulting, a Tysons, Virginia-based federal consulting firm, has acquired MHM Innovations of Fairfax, Virginia, a small provider of systems engineering and program management services to the federal intelligence community. The acquisition expands Integrity's capabilities in systems engineering, data management and cybersecurity and gives it additional contract vehicles to pursue larger, multi-disciplinary national security and defense contracts.

ManTech International Acquires Kforce Government Solutions

Tetra Tech Acquires Halvik Corp

Halvik, headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, with about 600 employees, will join Tetra Tech's Government Services Group; financial terms were not disclosed.
