Lennar Acquires Executive Construction Homes

Lennar Corporation has purchased Executive Construction Homes, LLC, acquiring the company's work-in-progress, finished lots, and land pipeline of more than 3,300 lots to expand its presence in the Columbia, South Carolina market. JTW Advisors served as sell-side advisor; Executive Construction Homes' founder Eddie Yandle and his family will remain involved and continue selling finished lots to Lennar through related-party land development companies.
