LeafLink has acquired Leaf Trade, a wholesale marketplace serving multi-state operators (MSOs) and enterprise cannabis companies, to expand its B2B marketplace capabilities and streamline technology for cannabis operators. The combined platforms will operate as-is while LeafLink rolls out an integration roadmap to deliver expanded marketplace, payments, banking, analytics, and retailer tools.

WM Technology Acquires Cannabis CRM Platform Sprout (and Related Assets)

WM Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: MAPS) purchased Sprout — a cloud-based CRM and marketing platform for the cannabis industry — acquiring the assets of MembersRSVP, LLC and Text Ripple, Inc. (collectively “Sprout”) and also acquiring equity interests in Transport Logistics Holding Company, LLC (d/b/a Merry Go Jane / Cannveya and Canncurrent). The deal expands WM Technology’s WM Business product capabilities by adding CRM, omni-channel marketing, loyalty, compliance and analytics functionality for cannabis retailers.

Chicago Atlantic and Vireo Growth Agree to Merge and Acquire Cannabis Operators (Including Arches JV and The Flowery)

Chicago Atlantic (as Vireo’s largest stockholder) and Vireo Growth executed definitive merger agreements to combine with three single-state cannabis operators: Proper Cannabis (Missouri), Deep Roots Harvest (Nevada), and WholesomeCo Cannabis (Utah). The deal also includes an acquisition of the Arches analytics and distribution technology platform joint venture between Wholesome and Proper, and Vireo signed a binding memorandum of understanding to acquire The Flowery (Florida). The combined transactions are valued collectively at about $397 million, subject to customary approvals.
