KPS Capital Partners Acquires Porcelain Enamel and Glass Coatings Businesses from Prince International (PEMCO International)

KPS Capital Partners agreed to acquire Prince International Corporation’s porcelain enamel, glass coatings, forehearth colorants and frit-based metallurgical products businesses and will form a standalone company called PEMCO International. The businesses operate three manufacturing facilities across Belgium, Italy and the United States, employ approximately 260 people, and the divestiture enables Prince to progress with its planned acquisition of Ferro Corporation.
