USIC Locating Services LLC, an affiliate of USIC, LLC, has acquired Utility Resource Group, LLC (URG), a Troy, Michigan–based provider of underground utility locating, gas leak detection, meter services, sewer lateral inspections, and cross-bore mitigation. The deal expands USIC's service footprint and field workforce across the Midwest and Southeast, enhancing its ability to serve utilities and municipalities.

USI Consulting Group Acquires Burke Group

USI Consulting Group (USICG), a national retirement plan consulting and benefits administration firm and a subsidiary of USI Insurance Services, has acquired Burke Group, a Rochester, New York-based retirement plan advisory and actuarial firm. Burke will join USICG but will exit its compensation consulting business as part of the transaction; terms were not disclosed.

USIC Acquires Heath Consultants’ Gas Locating Division

USIC has signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the public gas locating division of Heath Consultants. The deal is expected to enhance USIC’s gas locating service offerings and capabilities, including integration via USIC’s Locate360 digital platform. The transaction is expected to close by Q3 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Everside and Lake Country Capital Invest in US Internet Corp
