Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. acquired 100% of Dothan, Alabama-based AAA Cooper Transportation, a leading less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier. The $1.35 billion transaction (including assumed debt) is intended to provide Knight-Swift an LTL growth platform and is expected to be immediately accretive to adjusted EPS while preserving AAA Cooper's independent operations and leadership.
