Keypoint Intelligence Acquires ProPrintPerformance

Keypoint Intelligence, a global data and market intelligence firm for the digital print and imaging industry, has acquired Stockholm-based ProPrintPerformance. The deal is an add-on acquisition to Keypoint Intelligence (which is PE-backed by Atar Capital) intended to expand Keypoint's consulting, training and sales enablement platform capabilities and broaden its global footprint in the production print market.
