The acquisition is expected to complete in the coming weeks, after which the combined businesses will be renamed Drylab Media Tech plc.

Tech Data Acquires DLT Solutions

Tech Data completed its acquisition of DLT Solutions, a software and cloud solutions aggregator focused on the U.S. public sector, adding public-sector contract vehicles and expertise to Tech Data's channel offerings. The deal (reported purchase price ~$205 million) makes DLT a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Tech Data's capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, analytics and IT infrastructure for government customers.

Dolby Laboratories Acquires Millicast

Dolby Laboratories acquired Millicast, a developer platform that provides ultra-low-latency WebRTC video streaming, to integrate Millicast’s real-time streaming technology and engineering expertise into the Dolby.io platform. The deal expands Dolby.io’s capabilities for large-scale, interactive live events and brings Millicast’s team and standards work (e.g., WHIP) into Dolby.
