Innovative Emissions Control Inc. (IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.
