Infogain, an Apax Funds portfolio company, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Nggawe Nirman Technologies (NNT), a cloud-native app development company. The acquisition will add NNT’s ~400 team members and expand Infogain’s AWS cloud-native expertise in microservices, containerization, and DevOps across digital platform engineering services.
