Inertial Labs Acquires MEMSENSE

Inertial Labs has acquired MEMSENSE, a developer of MEMS-based inertial measurement units, combining the two companies' engineering and manufacturing capabilities to accelerate product development for aerospace, defense, autonomous vehicles, and industrial markets. The combined business will have more than 100 employees and roughly 500 customers, and aims to expand production capacity and deliver new high-performance IMU and navigation solutions.

Terms were not disclosed; Resilience said the acquisition strengthens its platform in niche manufacturing and positions Systron Donner to capture growth in inertial sensing markets.
