IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in STEIN HGS GmbH, a Germany-based B2B e-commerce specialist for barrier technology, construction site and facility management supplies. The stake is being acquired from Lennertz & Co. and founder Bodo Stein, both of whom will reinvest alongside IK to support growth, product range expansion and new customer acquisition.

Kestrel Group LLC and Maiden Holdings, Ltd. completed their previously announced combination, forming Kestrel Group Ltd., a new publicly listed specialty program platform expected to trade on Nasdaq under ticker “KG.” The transaction was approved by Maiden shareholders in connection with the combination agreement and was closed on May 27, 2025.
