IFS has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Astea International, a global field service management software provider headquartered in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The deal expands IFS's field service management capabilities and global footprint; Astea founder Zack Bergreen will serve as Senior Advisor while Marne Martin (IFS) will lead the combined service management business.

IFS Acquires Ultimo Software Solutions

IFS has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ultimo Software Solutions, a Netherlands-based provider of cloud Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. The purchase adds Ultimo’s fast-to-deploy, configurable SaaS EAM point solution and ~180 employees to IFS’s IFS Cloud EAM portfolio, strengthening IFS’s end-to-end and point-solution capabilities; the deal is expected to close in Q3 2022.

iPipeline Acquires IFS (Impact Financial Systems)

iPipeline has acquired IFS (Impact Financial Systems), a Charlotte-based provider of service request automation and low-code/no-code workflow solutions for broker-dealers, RIAs, banks and insurance companies. The deal brings IFS's workflow engine and automation capabilities into iPipeline's SSG Digital platform to expand advisor-facing automation, compliance workflows and low-code product offerings.

The deal expands IFS's aerospace & defense capabilities by adding EmpowerMX's MRO technology to IFS's Industrial AI offerings to improve maintenance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance compliance for large airlines and MRO providers.
