Ezee Fiber Acquires Tachus Fiber Internet

Ezee Fiber, a Houston-based fiber internet provider wholly owned by I Squared Capital, closed its previously announced agreement to acquire Tachus Fiber Internet. The deal expands Ezee Fiber’s all-fiber footprint deeper into the northern communities of Greater Houston, with expectations to grow to more than 600,000 fiber passings by year-end.

SDC Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in IQ Fiber

The deal is supported by additional equity funding from SDC Capital Partners and will see ThinkBig leadership integrated into IQ Fiber as the business is rebranded in 2025 to accelerate network expansion in the Chesapeake region.
