I Squared Capital's Ezee Fiber Acquires ICTX WaveMedia

I Squared Capital formed a new digital infrastructure platform, Ezee Fiber, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III and announced the platform’s inaugural acquisition of ICTX WaveMedia, a 2,000-kilometer carrier-grade fiber connectivity provider serving the Houston metro area. Ezee Fiber—led by CEO Scott Widham—will leverage ICTX WaveMedia’s existing fiber to expand residential, enterprise, government and education broadband services across underserved Texas markets.
