Hunting PLC Acquires Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES)

Hunting PLC has completed the acquisition of Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES), a UK-based supplier of subsea fluid transfer systems, for £50 million on a cash-free / debt-free basis. The deal, which sees FES integrated into Hunting's Subsea Technologies segment, strengthens Hunting's subsea product coverage and is expected to be earnings accretive in the first full year.
