Hornetsecurity, a provider of next-generation cloud security, compliance, backup and security awareness solutions, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Altospam, a French email cybersecurity company. The deal is subject to approval by the French Ministry for the Economy under French Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations.
