Honeywell Acquires Sine Group

Honeywell International Inc. has acquired Sine Group, an Adelaide, Australia–based provider of visitor management and workplace SaaS solutions. Honeywell will integrate Sine's mobile-first visitor and safety capabilities into Honeywell Forge and its Connected Buildings portfolio to expand safety, security, compliance and mobile functionality for customers globally; deal terms were not disclosed.
