IIA Healthcare, a provider of intelligent interview management for healthcare organizations, has acquired Gritly to integrate Gritly's candidate-experience and upskilling capabilities into a combined data-driven hiring platform for healthcare. The deal comes as IIA Healthcare raises a $2 million Seed II round led by DEMI Fund and will expand the buyer's AI-enabled recruitment and talent-management capabilities for healthcare employers.
