The acquisition (reported at ~$40 million by media outlets) will bring healthfinch's EMR-embedded insights into Health Catalyst's Data Operating System to augment clinical workflows and strengthen its population health portfolio; the deal was expected to close in Q3 2020 and to be funded with a mix of stock and cash.
