Amphenol Corporation announced it has acquired Halo Technology Limited for approximately $715 million. Halo, headquartered in Tustin, California, is a manufacturer of active and passive fiber optic interconnect components serving IT and data communications, mobile networks and broadband markets, with expected 2021 sales of roughly $250 million.

BlueHalo Acquires Intelligent Automation, Inc.

BlueHalo, an Arlington Capital Partners-backed national security technology platform, has agreed to acquire Rockville, Maryland-based Intelligent Automation, Inc. (IAI). The acquisition brings IAI's AI/ML, cybersecurity, hypersonics, space, 5G, data analytics and RF/communications capabilities — including a large PhD-staff and IP portfolio — into BlueHalo to accelerate productization and expand technical capabilities for DoD and commercial customers.

The deal brings Halo Labs' high-throughput, low-volume particle analysis technology into Waters' Wyatt Technology portfolio to expand Waters' analytical and bioprocessing testing capabilities for large-molecule therapies.
