GSCM (backed by Equistone) Acquires Daudin Remorques

GSCM (Groupe Solfab Constructions Modulaires), supported by its recent sponsor Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired Daudin Remorques (Daudin), a century‑old family business that designs and manufactures high‑end rolling shelters and specific trailers. Daudin, based in Cléry‑Saint‑André (Centre‑Val de Loire), employs about 60 people and generated over €15m in revenue for fiscal 2021; the deal is an add‑on to strengthen GSCM’s position in the rolling shelters and modular construction market.

Equistone Partners Europe Acquires Majority Stake in GSCM Group from Orfite

Equistone Partners Europe has entered into an exclusive agreement to acquire the majority stake in GSCM Group (Groupe Solfab Constructions Modulaires) from Orfite. Equistone will hold the majority alongside GSCM management and existing investor BNP Paribas Développement (both of whom are reinvesting) to support the Group's buy-and-build growth strategy across temporary and permanent modular construction segments.

Brookfield Business Partners Acquires Modulaire Group from TDR Capital

Brookfield Business Partners L.P. completed the acquisition of Modulaire Group from TDR Capital II Holdings L.P., closing in December 2021. The deal (announced in June 2021 and completed on 15 December 2021) transfers ownership of the European modular space and portable storage leader — which operates the Algeco brand and a large rental fleet across many countries — to Brookfield as part of its industrial/services portfolio expansion.

Speyside Equity Advisers Acquires GSC Technologies

Investissement Québec remains an investor in DCM, and the company's existing management team will remain in place as TCP pursues growth and global expansion of the platform.

The acquisition — Centurion's largest to date — expands Centurion's footprint across the Middle East, Asia and Southeast Asia and strengthens its capabilities in serving energy, infrastructure and environmental end markets.
