SunCoke Energy, Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of Phoenix Global for $325 million on August 1, 2025. SunCoke acquired all common units of Flame Aggregator, LLC (Phoenix Global), a privately held provider of mission-critical mill services to major steel producers. The deal expands SunCoke’s portfolio with electric arc furnace operations and adds international market exposure, with expected annual synergies of $5 million to $10 million (as previously guided).

Fluree Merges with ZettaLabs
