GE HealthCare Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Nihon Medi-Physics (NMP) from Sumitomo Chemical

GE HealthCare agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Nihon Medi-Physics (NMP) by purchasing it from Sumitomo Chemical, subject to regulatory approvals. The transaction gives GE HealthCare full ownership of NMP, strengthening its Pharmaceutical Diagnostics and molecular imaging footprint in Japan and for global innovators.
