Fastsigns Holdings Inc., parent of FASTSIGNS International, announced the acquisition of GTN Capital Group, LLC, the parent company of NerdsToGo, an emerging IT services franchise. The deal brings NerdsToGo’s ~25 franchise locations into FASTSIGNS’ franchising platform to accelerate growth, leverage FASTSIGNS’ franchise development capabilities, and expand services offered to small businesses and consumers.
