The add-on expands Detechtion's mobile and AI capabilities for field service management, integrating EZ Ops' solution with Detechtion's Fieldlink suite to improve production, reduce OPEX, and enhance safety for upstream producers and oilfield service customers.

Xplor Technologies Acquires Ezypay to Expand Embedded Payments in Asia-Pacific

Xplor Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire Ezypay, a provider of recurring payment solutions and subscription management, to enhance Xplor’s global payment processing platform (Xplor Pay). E2open Acquires Logistyx Technologies for $185MM
