Eurazeo Capital has completed the acquisition of Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center (D.O.R.C.) from Montagu; terms were not disclosed. D.O.R.C., headquartered in Zuidland, Netherlands, is a manufacturer of ophthalmic surgical instruments, liquids and machinery with more than 500 employees and a global customer base.
