ERP Technology Partners has acquired ValidDatum, Inc., a data management and security consultancy, to expand its enterprise software and digital transformation capabilities. As part of the deal, ValidDatum CEO Steve Saner will become Chief Strategy Officer at ERP Technology Partners and the companies plan to integrate ValidDatum's technologies and roll out advanced data management services through ERP Technology Partners' channels.
