Erie Street Acquires Performance Improvement Partners

Chicago-based advisory firm Erie Street has acquired Performance Improvement Partners (PIP), a specialized IT solutions and consulting firm that serves the private equity industry. The purchase expands Erie Street’s advisory and technology capabilities to deliver value-creation IT services for private equity firms and their portfolio companies; PIP will retain its name and John Bisack will remain as President and join Erie Street as a Managing Director.
