PRO Unlimited has acquired WillHire, a direct-sourcing and worker experience platform, to integrate WillHire’s talent-pool, self-assessment and candidate-engagement capabilities into PRO’s DirectSource PRO and Wand VMS offerings. The deal expands PRO’s direct-sourcing coverage into light-industrial and shift-worker categories and strengthens its worker experience and AI-driven sourcing capabilities.

The acquisition integrates PeopleTicker's data science and global rate intelligence into PRO's VMS, MSP and RatePoint SaaS offerings to strengthen PRO's contingent workforce management platform and deliver expanded benchmarking and rate-intelligence capabilities to enterprise clients.

PRO Unlimited Acquires Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI)

PRO Unlimited, a global integrated workforce management platform, will acquire Geometric Results, Inc. (GRI), an independent Managed Services Provider currently owned by MSX International and funds managed by Bain Capital Private Equity Europe. The acquisition adds GRI's MSP capabilities, global presence (including the UK and India) and client relationships to PRO's IWM platform to expand services for Fortune 1000 and mid-market customers.

Lee Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Unlimited Technology

Funds managed by New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners acquired a majority ownership interest in Unlimited Technology, a Chester Springs, Pennsylvania-based security systems integrator. Management, led by John Palumbo (who will become CEO), will retain meaningful equity; former majority shareholder Richard Rockwell is retiring. Financial terms were not disclosed; Lee Equity said it will support Unlimited Technology’s organic and acquisition-driven growth and geographic/service expansion.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Minority Stake in United Talent Agency

EQT Private Equity (via its EQT X fund) agreed to acquire a minority stake in United Talent Agency (UTA), becoming the largest outside shareholder while UTA's partnership and leadership retain control. Investcorp will sell its full minority stake and EQT will also purchase portions of existing stakes from continuing shareholders including PSP Investments; the investment will support UTA's growth, innovation and international expansion.

Abound Health Acquires Pro Care Unlimited
