The acquisition adds Convercent’s ethics, whistleblowing, policy management and analytics capabilities and retains the employees supporting the solution—strengthening EQS’s compliance software footprint, particularly in the United States.

EQT Acquires Majority Stake in CluePoints

EQT (via its Healthcare Growth strategy and the EQT Growth Fund) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in CluePoints, a Belgium-headquartered provider of AI-powered RBQM and clinical trial data analytics software. Existing investors Summit Partners and Clinimetrics SA (and management) will reinvest; the deal is intended to support CluePoints' continued product development, global expansion and entry into adjacent markets and is expected to close in Q3 2024.

Eqlipse Technologies (Arlington) Acquires Net Vision Consultants

Eqlipse Technologies, a platform of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Net Vision Consultants, Inc., an analytics and engineering services provider focused on multi-modal telecom analysis and cloud analytics for defense and intelligence customers. The acquisition adds Net Vision's SIGINT, telecom-analysis and cloud analytics capabilities to Eqlipse's full-spectrum cyber, signals intelligence and identity-management engineering offerings.

Emerson Acquires Verdant (Verdant Environmental Technologies)

Emerson has completed the acquisition of Verdant (Verdant Environmental Technologies), a Montreal-based provider of energy management solutions for the hospitality and light commercial markets. Verdant, which was majority-held by Fulcrum Capital Partners, offers smart thermostats, SaaS analytics and monitoring services and has about 70 employees; the deal broadens Emerson's energy management and optimization capabilities.

VettaFi Acquires EQM Indexes

Vista Equity Partners to Acquire Acumatica from EQT
