Emperion to Acquire PeerLink

Emperion, an outsourced clinical review services provider, has signed an agreement to acquire PeerLink, an independent peer review/independent review organization based in Birmingham, Alabama. The deal strengthens Emperion’s position across workers’ compensation, auto, disability, and healthcare markets and will integrate PeerLink’s proprietary technology platform, while PeerLink will continue operating as a separate business unit.
