Pearson to Acquire eDynamic Learning

Pearson entered into an agreement to acquire eDynamic Holdings LP, doing business as eDynamic Learning, a provider of career and technical education (CTE) curriculum solutions. The deal is intended to scale Pearson’s position in the Early Careers space and broaden its career-readiness capabilities, with completion expected in H2 2025 subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
