Ecolab Inc. acquired 100% of Bioquell PLC for approximately £139 million (about $178 million), purchasing all outstanding shares and paying consideration to Bioquell shareholders. The acquisition brings Bioquell’s vaporized hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination systems and services into Ecolab’s Life Sciences and healthcare offering to broaden its contamination-control and cleanroom capabilities globally.

Evonik Industries Acquires PeroxyChem from One Equity Partners for $640 Million

PQ Agrees to Acquire Sibelco Specialty Silicate Business at Lödöse Plant
