ECC has completed the acquisition of Callidus Technologies, which will be integrated into ECC's North American Combustion Controls line of business. Callidus — headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma with manufacturing and office facilities in Shanghai and Thane — designs and manufactures burners, flares and thermal oxidizers for the oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
