Curios, a Web3 creator marketplace, has acquired E-NFT.com (the E‑NFT marketplace) following a transition of management from Vinco Ventures, Zash Global, and Emmersive Entertainment. Curios plans to integrate E‑NFT and its 100,000+ users into its Creator Marketplace to revive the E‑NFT marketplace and expand digital music NFT offerings for creators and collectors.

eBay Acquires Terapeak

eBay acquired Toronto-based Terapeak, a provider of e-commerce market, pricing and supply/demand analytics, and began integrating Terapeak capabilities into its Seller Hub to give merchants better insights. Terapeak's team joined eBay’s B2C Selling and Seller Experience groups; financial terms were not disclosed.

eBay Acquires Depop From Etsy for $1.2 Billion

eBay and Etsy entered into a definitive agreement under which eBay will acquire Depop for approximately $1.2 billion in cash, subject to purchase price adjustments. The deal is intended to strengthen eBay’s consumer-to-consumer (C2C) fashion resale offering by adding Depop’s Gen Z- and Millennial-focused marketplace. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

eBay to Acquire TCGplayer for Up to $295 Million

The deal is expected to close in Q1 2023, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, and TCGplayer will continue to operate autonomously within eBay.

eBay to Acquire Certilogo

The deal is intended to strengthen eBay’s position in the pre-loved fashion (recommerce) category by improving consumer confidence in authenticity and access to reliable product information. Closing is subject to customary regulatory conditions and is expected in the third quarter.
