BDP International, a privately held global logistics and transportation company headquartered in Philadelphia, has acquired DJS International, a Dallas-based customs brokerage and freight forwarding firm. The acquisition expands BDP's US import and trade compliance capabilities and extends its inbound logistics presence in the U.S. Gulf region, with DJS operating as a subsidiary of BDP.

DP World via P&O Maritime Logistics Acquires 51% of NovaAlgoma Cement Assets (NACC)

NovaAlgoma Cement Carriers Limited, a joint venture between Algoma Central Corporation and Nova Marine Holdings, entered a definitive agreement under which P&O Maritime Logistics (POML), a DP World wholly owned subsidiary, will acquire a 51% controlling stake in NovaAlgoma’s wholly owned cement assets. NovaAlgoma will retain a 49% minority interest through a new entity based in Dubai (NACC), with no expected changes to day-to-day vessel operations and fleet management teams.

Imperative Logistics Group Acquires DTH Expeditors

International Logistics Group (ILG) Acquires Global Freight Solutions (GFS) from Phoenix Equity Partners

International Logistics Group Ltd (ILG), part of the Yusen Logistics/NYK group, has acquired Global Freight Solutions (GFS) from Phoenix Equity Partners. The deal will allow GFS to accelerate development of its Enterprise Carrier Management (ECM) platform and leverage Yusen/ILG's fulfilment and global logistics capabilities to provide expanded end-to-end B2B and B2C supply chain support.

DHL Supply Chain Acquires IDS Fulfillment

DHL Supply Chain, a unit of Deutsche Post, has acquired Indiana-based IDS Fulfillment to expand its U.S. warehousing and fulfillment network for small and midsize e-commerce customers. The deal (terms undisclosed) brings roughly 1.3 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space across three states and was agreed before recent tariff changes.

Bain Capital Private Equity Acquires Imperial Dade from Audax Private Equity

Imperial Dade's management (the Tillis family) and Audax will remain meaningful investors as Bain partners with management to accelerate the company's buy-and-build strategy and national expansion.
