Docebo Acquires 365Talents for $54.6 Million to Build AI Skills Intelligence Layer

Docebo announced it has acquired all issued and outstanding shares of privately held 365Talents, a France-based AI skills intelligence and workforce analytics platform, for about $54.6 million in cash plus up to $5.1 million in earn-out consideration. The deal is intended to embed AI-powered skills intelligence into Docebo’s learning workflows to connect skills insights to learning, internal mobility, and workforce readiness outcomes.
