DLP Bancshares, a holding company backed by private investors including Don Wenner of DLP Capital, has acquired Community State Bank, a Starke, Florida-based commercial bank with approximately $225 million in assets. DLP Bancshares injected significant capital to increase lending capacity, support loan growth, expand technology and services, and retain the bank's local management and board representation.
