TrillerNet has acquired Amplify.ai, a Silicon Valley–based conversational AI customer engagement platform, to integrate AI-powered customer engagement and analytics into Triller's content and advertising ecosystem. Amplify.ai will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and its co-founder Mahi de Silva was appointed CEO of TrillerNet as part of the transaction.

SoftBank Group to Acquire DigitalBridge for $4 Billion to Scale Next-Gen AI Infrastructure

SoftBank Group entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DigitalBridge Group, an alternative asset manager focused on digital infrastructure, for about $4.0 billion enterprise value. The all-cash deal is structured as SoftBank’s indirect acquisition of all outstanding shares of DigitalBridge for $16.00 per share and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
